Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must meet the applicable return conditions described below.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, Pain Relief Oil must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a change-of-mind return.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective product, please contact us so we can assess the issue. Please keep the product and its packaging until the matter is resolved.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving an incorrect, damaged, leaking, or defective order whenever possible.
Include:
Your order number and contact details.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging, where applicable.
Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not automatically mean your request will be rejected; each case will be reviewed.
Once your request has been reviewed, we will inform you whether it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements.
Products that have been opened, used, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Return shipping arrangements and responsibility for shipping costs will be communicated when your request is approved. Customers should not send products back without receiving return instructions from our team.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
